§ 39-119. Rules and regulations adopted.

The board hereby adopts as a county ordinance, for enforcement purposes, the "Rules and Regulations for Tourist Accommodations, Chapter 511-6-2," adopted by the Georgia Department of Public Health on July 16, 2013, as amended to date and incorporated by reference as if fully set forth herein and as hereafter amended by the Georgia Department of Public Health.
