§ 39-307. Rules and regulations adopted.

The board hereby adopts as a county ordinance, for enforcement purposes, the "Rules and Regulations for Portable Sanitation Contractors, Chapter 511-3-6," adopted by the Georgia Department of Public Health on October 16, 2013, as amended to date and incorporated by reference as if fully set forth herein and as hereafter amended by the Georgia Department of Public Health.
